When we moved to College Station, every home we saw that we loved had been built by Donovan Homes (e.g., in Sweetwater, Emerald Forest). So, while we interviewed other custom builders, Donovan Homes was our selection. His subcontractors were wonderful — highly skilled, trustworthy, pleasant, and willing to go an extra mile+ to make the house unique. This included the all of the finish subs, whose work was consistently excellent. Donnie was a prince and the consummate professional. His commitment to excellence was astonishing, and the resulting New Mexico Territorial was beautiful — and on budget. I would definitely use Donovan Homes again. It was a joyous experience.
