This company is a RIP OFF and charge outrageous prices just because they can! I was forced to use this company because of condo rules. They wouldn't let me use my own parts and charged me 3 hours of work plus 1 hour of water shutdown time because of the condo process. The work only took 1 hour and they were gone in less than 2 hours. What should have costs less than $200 became a $880 work! When I complain to Mr. Doran, he took two weeks to get back to me after multiple attempts to reach him and he wouldn't refund any of the costs. A major RIP OFF company and on top of that an unprofessional customer service attitude! Avoid this company at all costs!!!
