Took our money and left us with a caving in snake pit. All inspections were failed. We paid them back in December 2016 and we cannot get them to do anything. We have been in contact with multiple other people with horror stories that used this company also. Many people are left with unfinished pools after paying them.

We had our pool resurfaced in October by February the plaster began coming off. We contacted AA Pools to make them aware of the problem. After a few reschedules due to weather and miscommunication on their part they did come and fix the problem. Their warranty states they will patch any problem areas but they went ahead and resurfaced the entire pool again at no cost to us other then the water and chemicals. Over all I would say we are happy with the finished product and would recommend their services.
