    I would not recommend this contractor. His work is extremely subpar. He did not rectify the leak and floor damage in my bathroom. He merely painted over the rotten boards and sistered another board to it. He never checked for the source of the water damage and just covered up the bad area with a piece of wood, leaving all the damage just below. Black organic organisms are growing in the insulation and the leak is still there. He refused to come back out and fix the issue correctly.
