I had called Double Diamond Plumbing (one of Angie's List's Top Rated Companies,... allegedly), they said someone was to call me between a certain time to let me know when they would come out. That window had passed and no contact. I guess they care more about larger projects that would earn them more $$$ than just a simple preventive maintenance job, or at least to acknowledge in advance they were running late. Unlike the cable or electric company, I have other choices in town, and I chose to move on. Merry Christmas!
