    My renovation disaster with Double D's construction, Greg Link, Brian Burgmeier was or realtor when we moved to AZ. He referred Greg Link to us for our remodel. He agreed about fixing the ceiling and ordering the pieces for the
    cabinets and doing the insulation but would need to get with Greg for approval. I told him
    nothing more could be done until we return after the February 16, 2017 when we return. Why
    they agreed to some of the work on others they bat around the bush at doing. I always told
    Brian I felt as if Greg was not being honest with us about the granite that was used. I feel like he
    did such a vague quote so he could and onto our bill. There were quite a few verbal
    agreements as you can see from the texts even though the back splash wasn’t written
    separately however when i texted Greg about picking it out at the tile place and what we wanted
    he never said it was going to be separate charge. The backsplash has not been done but i am
    not sure I want them to do it! When it came to painting we were suppose to paint the room
    ourself. I did tell Greg later that we wanted his guys to paint which he did say would cost around
    $600 dollars I believe. However the painting job they did was so bad my husband had to go
    back and repaint the room twice. I do have pictures of what it looked liked when they were done.
    When they installed the new sliding door they left a packing screw in it and my husband had to
    fix it. When we meet with Brian we also told him we were upset because the ROC number he
    gave was not valid. Brian said it is under Double D’s Construction ROC # 300470. If you need

    Agree completely with the first review do not let these people do work for you!! quality is non existent, buys cheap materials and hires inexperienced workers! I am now out $30,000 dollars he lets other contractors work for him. under his roc # which is now revoked. They also tell you that you don't need a building permit when you do. There are several people that work under this roc# Nino, Greg Link, Brian Bergmeier, Anthony Salvatore Derasmi, Sometimes they also work under the name AZ Link Homes. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!

    Shoddy work, uses non skilled labor, creative accounting, deviates from plans, substitutes materials. Not qualified to be a handy man. Check his license: revoked. May be operating under a different license. BEWARE. Con artist.
