    $189,000

    I WOULDNT EVEN GIVE THEM 1 STAR…….DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE HORRIBLE, THEY HAVE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AND ARE VERY SHADY. We built our house back in 2017, one they never came to do the last bit of repairs that were needed, they didn’t pay or submit the paper work for the one year warranty, and 7 yrs later I find out they never had an engineer come out to inspect out home before we moved in….. When we tried to contact both Jonathan and Katheryn they both blocked both myself and my husbands numbers…

    Do not contract with Double K of Pleasanton, TX. They abandoned our home build after overdrawing the loan and not paying subcontractors. I have proof, with the lien placed on our property.

    Double K Homes built us a great home. We were on a very tight budget but wanted a custom home for our family. We talked to many other builders but none could get us where we needed to be in price. Double K Homes did, and built us a home we are proud to show. Truly a great experience....

    We Had Double K Homes build us our final home to retire in. We have built many homes in our years and we knew from the first time we walked into meet with them that they were the ones to build our home. The whole process was a dream come true from the slab to the closing we had no problems and moved in ahead of schedule.
