    Fix toilet so it would flush

    THE "PLUMBER" CAME INTO MY HOME WITH NO TOOLS OR EQUIPMENT. HE OPENED THE TOILET TANK AND SAID THE FLUSH VALVE CANISTER WAS BROKEN AND HE HAD TO GET APROVAL TO BUY THE 25 DOLLAR PIECE. HE LEFT AND I NEVER HEARD FROM HIM AGAIN UNTIL I CALLED HIM TO SEE WHAT WAS HAPPENING. HE SAID THEY DECLINED THE REPAIR. I CALLED MY AHS AND ASKED ABOUT IT. THEY SAID IT WAS DECLINED BECAUSE THE PLUMBER SAID IT WAS BROKEN BY ABUSE. I FAIL TO SEE HOW A 73 YEAR OLD WOMAN COULD ABUSE THE INSIDE OF A TOULET TANK OR EVEN WANT TO.HE NEVER ADDRESSED THIS COMMEMT WITH ME. I DID NOT FIND HIS SERVICE ACCEPTABLE OR APPROPRIATE. I HAVE NEVER BEEN DISHONEST IN MY DEALINGS AND I FOUND THIS HIGHLY OFFENSIVE. I HAVE HIRED ANOTHER PLUMBER TO COME AND HOPEFULLY FIX WHAT THIS ONE COULD NOT.

    This is a third party job AHS sends me to these jobs I look at them sent AHS photos and it is up to them to approve to disapprove a job I have no control over whether a warranty company approved or disapproved a job
