Doug Biasi provided an estimate 2x other contractors. He was referred by friends of ours and we accepted the bid based upon this referral. He performed work which did not correct the electrical problem. He did not honor his 10% off coupon, and would not provide a detailed bill of work performed, parts and labor. When contacted to return to complete the job and correct the problem, he was rude, hostile and had an overall terrible attitude. We contacted another contractor who quickly identified that a faulty light cord was the problem. Biasi had replaced the plug receptacle, replaced GFI's, 'pulled new wires' but didn't realize the cord was the problem. He is either a fraud or incompetent. He has not returned any calls to remedy this problem. We paid $900 for a $4.99 faulty cord. Stay away from Biasi electric.
