Permits
- Building permit records show that Doug Palmer Home Commercial Inspections has worked on 1346 permitted projects.
Unfortunately, this company did not live up to their previous review. They came and installed 2 light bulbs and are charging a minimum of $100 when they were suppose to come back and do other work. They billed us incorrectly $260 to hang a chandelier that had not been done and when I called was informed by the female owner that there is a $100 minimum (they were at my house for 20 minutes). She also told me that if the service member needs to leave and get supplies I have to pay for that time too. It took 3 weeks just to get them to my house and when they said they were going to come back never did. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone, unless you want to wait a long time for work and get overcharged. The gentleman and his son that came to my house were very friendly. The lady on the phone was not.
