I hired Mr. Brown and his company to install a new septic system at my property. After 5+ weeks of no communication I contacted him and discovered he has covid and is sorry he never got back to me-no work was done during all that time. Is he a one-man company?? Don't know. It took me, checking in on him, to find out more bad news. Surprise! He also increased the septic cost an additional $10,000- something he thinks was covered in his contract, "other costs." Unfortunately, if we awarded multi-thousand dollar jobs on good intentions, he would be fine. However, in my case, this job has been a nightmare and one that I hope no one else experiences! Sorry he was recommended to me and sorry that I hired him. He isn't worth paying thousands of dollars for a job months late and still not done.
