    The following is not an effort to soil the reputation of any firm, individual or entity, it is however, based on a real experience, and a statement of fact - our firm was hired by Malo to perform subcontract work out of state. Nearing a year after completion and billing, still NO payment, and no return calls. he chooses to swindle a small company out of 100% of material and labor.
    Written agreements and promises mean less than nothing - beware of this contractor, in our opinion the worse we have ever worked for.
