This plumber is arrogent, always late and never answers his phone. His prices are borderline criminal. He wanted to charge me $1800 for a basic water heater install. I was told i needed to bring eveything up to code and needed a floor pan. I called the plumbing subcode official for my town and he came out and said i didnt neeed to bring anything up to code and that everything was fine. Please check with your local plumbers before using coastal service co and son

We found Doug Conboy to be very competent, clean and courteous. He arrived within the window of time he told us. He was subcontracted through Sears and was able to replace our water heater before a major storm. Kudos! Would definitely recommend him to others.
