I hired Trevor to replace a security system in my house. I paid him $2000.00 for two days work to install it and set it up and teach me how to use it. After a day and a half he said he was done but I had not learned how to use the software and there was a miscommunication about the old equipment. He promised to come back and finish what we had agreed upon so that we could get the job done and both be satisfied. After a week of being told he would check his schedule and put me on it asap he has stopped all communication. I am a disabled person and this is not very nice. He was paid in cash at the end of two days and now doesn't seem like he is coming back. Very sad. I haven't reported him yet as the question above asks because I am giving him the benefit of the doubt, but I will I the next day or so.
