Mr. Lagerquist received his payouts but pocketed the money instead of paying subcontractors. He gave the bank wavers saying projects were paid but that is not true.
We now cannot get warranty on our furnace. We have had four gas leaks in 6 months and now have CO poisoning. He also said it wasn't our concern where the money went. I suggest NOT using this contractor. The Wausau Company guarantees a fixed move in date which we were never given as well as a guarantee of three months. We said they could have 4 months instead of 3 because that is how long our contract with banking gave. It took him around 9 months after calling. He also broke the contract in numerous places.
