I was extremely satisfied with my HVAC contractor that I had used for 16 years following a disaster created by the contractor before them, so you can only imagine the kind of convincing it took on the part of the person who referred me to Doug's for me to even CONSIDER using a different one. However, once I tried Doug's, I wouldn't go anywhere else!
Doug was more thorough than anyone I've ever used. He pointed out air leaks left behind by the previous contractor I so trusted. He worked with me to find the right solution for my application at a much more reasonable price than anyone else. He was very neat and tidy, cleaning up completely after himself. He turned me on to a new thermostat that would allow me to check the temperature and control the system remotely. And he took the time to educate me on how best to use my system to be most efficient.
In this day and age where it seems like everyone has a scam, it is truly refreshing to find someone like Doug who runs their business with good old fashioned hard work, honesty, and integrity.
I would highly recommend Doug for HVAC services!
