  Bedroom carpet replacement

  I was able to book about 2 weeks out when everyone else was full for several months. He came out the night before the job to measure and he showed up right on time the next day and got it done in no time, I just had him carpet a bedroom but would recommend and call him again if needed. Fast efficient worker- very friendly.

  Had Doug out to do a job, showed him the product intended 1 week in advance. Provided him with instructions. The night before the job he calls to confirm he will be there the following day, The day of the job he shows up doesn't even attempt the job just half heartedly puts 3 pieces together and says he won't do the job unless we sign a waiver releasing him of responsibility. Said several impolite comments and then left the job. Not professional, do not recommend. Called a different contractor they came in and got right to work with no problems. Watch out for this guy.

  Call Doug! He does excellent work!

  I would recommend Doug to everyone. If I had any more rooms that needed carpet, I would definitely call him again. I live out of the way from Minot and he did not try to give me a hard time about it or charge me lots of extra fees. He had a good sense of humor, showed up when he said that he would, picked up my purchases from Menards, drove them to Mohall, stained unfinished pieces of multifloor transition strip (which was more than he had to do), filled in nail holes with spackle (which he did not have to do, but did anyway), and got the living room carpet replaced. He did more than he had to with a good attitude and all this while I was not even home. I live five states away and was unable to finish an unfinished trim strip or fill in some nail holes, it was not what he usually does, but he completed the work and charged me fairly-- low compared to the quality of work that he does. I have an older home and have had to work with many different contractors over the years. He is one of the best and it's rare to find a contractor that does this good of work for a stranger and makes you want to go to the internet to tell other strangers. I would recommend him to everybody.

  Doug goes above and beyond the competition to give customers more than what they would expect for a better price than the competition. He has a sense of humor and got the job done much quicker than I had anticipated, yet it looked better than I was expecting. I live five states away and have a home outside of Minot. I was unable to install a piece of trim or fill in some nail holes in the living room. He got the job done even though it's not what he usually does. He's reasonable and shows up when he says that he will. I could go on and on. I never recommend folks, but this contractor seemed like an angel compared to many others that I have worked with. I would recommend him to everybody.
