No! If this is Beckmell, he comes & stays for 1 hr, which he talks 45 min of that time & works for 15 min. Needless to say he did not fix what he came to fix. I paid him the first time. I had to call him back, as there was no improvement. He came back after a screw up in the time. I told him I would NOT be home. Then same deal talk 45 min and work 15. It still is not right, but I will eventually call a plumber. No more parts changer for me!

He made a courtesy call before the actual scheduled time, to give brief details as to he would a hour later & asked if it would be okay or not. He arrived & went straight to work, completed bathroom flooring & new toilet installation w/ in a suitable time frame. He will definitely be scheduled again for numerous of other home repairs/home improvements in the upcoming months until all is completed into an entirely home makeover. Note: He is a honest, inexpensive & dedicated contractor with multi handyman skills.
