    I had Batchelor install a dishwasher two years ago. They did such a poor job that the installation locking screw broke through the furring attaching the top of the washer to the counter top.. When that happened, the other locking screw also broke loose, and the machine vibrated itself to inoperable.

    Ceiling Fans Installation

    I was extremely please with their punctuality and customer service. The office called and set up an appt. They followed up with a call the day beforehand to remind us. The electrician - Chad - called the morning of to make sure we were there and ready and to say he would be there shortly. Chad installed 2 ceiling fans in 2 different bedrooms for us. He was thorough and efficient. The ceiling fans work great. We are COMPLETELY happy with our purchase and the service.

    faucet installation
    went to someone else

    I was scheduled an installation after purchasing a faucet from Lowes. First, I was rescheduled due to an emergency which can be understandable. When the second scheduled date came he never showed. I called his office and was unable to reach anyone. I called the Lowes hotline which he is contracted through and they were unable to reach him or his office until hours after he was scheduled to be at my home. His office proceeded to tell the Lowes dispatcher that they didn't have me scheduled at all for an installation. I am very dissatisfied. Who in their right mind would not schedule another date once they were called and told that he couldn't come at the original date.

    Complaint Description:
    Erick Batchelor Plumbing failed to install new kitchen disposal properly; placed us at the bottom of the list for return service to correct mistake. We purchased a new disposal at Loews in Southport,NC. Erick Bachelor has an exclusive as the installer for these devices. Batchelor installed it incorrectly and has not been willing/able to schedule a serviceman to effect a correction in a a timely manner.
