Read this! Do not use this plumbing company! I am building a house and the General Contractor hired this company. Dan specifically stated they would start the job on a Monday at 9 am. Dan did not show up for 3 weeks. During this time he gave so many excuses and lied to the general. The work he did needs to be corrected and do the right way. There is not enough space to type all the problems I had with him. Unfortunately, I believe he has to be using drugs.

I guess there is a reason this company is called Down Right Plumbing and not Done Right Plumbing. I guess it is to indicate that they will let you down. The owner never calls back after numerous messages left. This is probably because I need him to follow up on something that he didn't complete in the first place. So if you want let down, call Down Right Plumbing.

He told us we needed an entire new water heater. He insisted he be the one to purchase it but required money up front. We gave him 800$ for the heater and labor. All he did was replace the electric starter on the pilot light. When asked about getting the difference back in price, as we did not need a whole new water heater, he has not answered phone calls and has basically lied to us and stole our money.
