I fired James Elliott half way through a large two building job. On the second building (the house) he started to use a lower grade of paint than had been agreed to. The second issue was our agreement clearly stated two coats of paint. He sprayed on only one coat. Additionally, the caulk was applied so thin that some places have already started to separate just two weeks after the paint was applied.
