Subject: Review of Unsatisfactory Pipe Repair on Sewer Line
I am writing this review to express my disappointment with the pipe repair work back in April that was carried out by your company on my sewer line.
During our initial discussion, I was informed that the repair would involve replacing the entire line up to the street. However, upon completion of the repair, I discovered that only around 20 feet of pipe had been replaced, which did not resolve the issue. Instead I now have mud built up in this new line that looks like cement, making a snake to not get through it. Furthermore, the line connecting my home from the kitchen was left unconnected, resulting in water exploding from my house.
When I contacted your team to address these issues, I was informed that I would have to pay extra to increase the pipe size in order to fix the plumbing problem. It seems that another old pipe, which was not in use, was connected instead of a new line as initially promised.
Unfortunately, the problems persist, and after 10 months of frustration, I have decided to hire a different plumbing service to rectify the issues that should have been resolved during your initial repair.
Additionally, I would like to bring to your attention that upon completion of the repair, my property was left unleveled. I was even asked to bear the cost of leveling the property, which I found to be highly unacceptable.
I am disappointed with the overall quality of the work provided by your company and the subsequent customer service experience.
