"Our craftsmanship is 100% guaranteed." In my opinion, this is a blatant falsity. Although their work started out on a high note, the end result was disappointing, to say the very least. Not only were their ceiling-to-wall transitions sloppy, but their touch-ups needed to be touched-up, again and again. My contractor has informed me that Eric Dow believes he has finished the job his company was hired to do - even though it does not meet my satisfaction. I am now faced with the prospect of hiring another company to fix what remains of the job - one that was supposedly "100% guaranteed." As a business owner myself, I am disappointed by Dow's unwillingness to stand by their company's stated commitment/goal. Word of mouth is an important factor in such a competitive field - I will certainly not be recommending this company to anyone in the future.
