The owner, Dave claims to have 30 years of experience; but brings none of it to his work. All his work has very poor craftsmanship and he will blame it on the materials or the owner. He does not listen or care about what his clients want or request. He refuses to provide time estimates so that he can milk the job and then he tries to overcharge for bogus work when the work is completed. Once completed, you will more than likely need to hire a good contractor to fix his poorly done work.
Do not let his low price allow you to hire him....you get what you pay for and you will be very disappointed with his unprofessional work and arrogant attitude.

Now into my 4th year trying to get my house done. Still in expensive litigation. Some work very good, but have been spending a lot of time and money fixing problems. So far, 6 city documented citations. May be more to follow when final occupancy inspection done. He has walked away from responsibility. Similar experience to Jim M review in many ways, with even extra surprises. Will not provide complete cost to complete estimates, so be aware there may be an additional unexpected bill at the end.
