D R Installs installed my above ground pool on August 17th 2022 and I cannot be more pleased. They arrived on time and came prepared to work. I have a large sloped backyard making installation challenging. I observed the workers repeatedly working with levels to make sure my pool would be even all around. The workers were respectful when answering my questions. I never saw them on their phones and they made sure my yard was clean when they left. The installers took 13 hours to install my pool. Most of the time one was working and others were on their phone. They left my yard a mess, working while in the dark is not a good idea, they messed up my fence and landscaping. The next day I noticed the pool wall is bent in. I couldn't survey their work because they finished when it was dark. I want my money back from this poor job. This company was sent out from American Sales where I bought my pool and paid for service.
