David is an expert in the field of construction. He started in the 90s doing the work himself and now he has a full staff including superintendents, site managers, foreman’s and sub contractors that are as dependable and knowledgeable in their own respective fields as he is. If you don’t know the construction industry very well that is a remarkable feature in and of itself. Fully licensed and legitimate they made sure all permits were pulled and everything was taken care of.
