Sorry for the people above but I was very Pleased with service and although he was late a time or two he saved my family thousands of dollars. We had estimates that were more then our annual income. We will use him and his son again.

He is absolutely AWFUL! lies, is late wants money up front! That is my fault for trusting him. Do not use him. He didn't get as much from me as the people above but it's still money that I lost. he never even started the job but said he nedded money for materials.
He has tons of posting on craigslist under different company names but if you put in his phone number it gives you all of his postings!

The plumber for Drain 99 is Patrick Carson of Suisun City, CA.
He also goes under Patrick's Plumbing & Service. He previously worked for Franklin Plumbing. His son's name is Nick who sometimes helps Patrick.WARNING!
DO NOT USE HIM. HE DOES NOT APPEAR TO BE LICENSED IN CALIFORNIA AS OF 6/13/2017.WE PAID HIM OVER $12,000 FOR WORK HE SAID NEEDED TO BE DONE. HE DIDN'T COMPLETE IT ALL, AND NOW WE ARE FINDING OUT WHAT HE DID DO NEEDS TO BE RE-DONE BECAUSE IT WAS NOT UP TO CODE, AND WE ARE HAVING THE SAME ISSUES WE HIRED HIM TO FIX IN THE FIRST PLACE.
HE WAS ALWAYS LATE, ALWAYS OVER-EXTENDED, AND OFTEN DID NOT EVEN SHOW UP. THE WORK SHOULD HAVE TAKEN 3-4 DAYS MAX. TWO MONTHS LATER, THE WORK WAS NOT COMPLETE.
HE IS NOT AFFORDABLE AS HE CLAIMS, AND TOOK ADVANTAGE OF OUR TRUSTING NATURE. HE ALSO CLAIMS TO BE A MASTER PLUMBER. WE DOUBT THAT NOW.
WE NOW HAVE TO SPEND THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS MORE TO RE-DO WHAT HE DID AND DIDN'T DO.
PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY! DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY.
HIS WORK ORDERS SAY HE IS INSURED....BUT IT DOESN'T APPEAR THAT IS TRUE EITHER.

After calling two other plumbers out for our clogged sewer line that could not give us a price over
Phone but charged a fee to come and tell us in person that it would be $2100 from the first guy
And the second guy $1880
To unclog a sewer! We are not wealthy people and was told the cost was due to not having a accessible Clean out and one needed to be installed.
Well thanks to Patrick and his experience we did have a Clean out in our front yard that took 15 minutes for him to find
He then got us flowing and even cleaned up the flooded bathroom all in a little over a hour and 30 minutes after 3 days of serious stress.He told us he did not need any reviews but he deserves this one.6 times less then our estimate from other's.
