too bad I cant give negative stars!
We found these scam artists in the pennysaver.
We had a sewage backup due to a clogged drain to our septic system and hired them to do the demolition on the damaged walls and floors.
We fired them on the third day due to their unprofessionalism.
Then the final bill is double the estimate with no explanation as to why, they billed for services that they did not do and have argued with me and my insurance adjuster over the bill.
When they were told that the insurance would cut a check for the bill minus the billing for work not preformed they filed a mechanics lien against my home for the total amount of the bill including the fraudulent charges!
They had check in hand the same day they filed the mechanics lien, and to date 1 week later have not cashed the check and claim that I have to pay the entire bill or they will not revoke the lien!
I have filed a complaint with the contractors licensing board against this company!
The worst thing anyone can do is hire them for anything!
They bill for services that they did not do and then try to bully you into paying by ransoming your home with a lien!
The owner told me "I dont know why we are having this conversation" when I asked him why they filed a mechanics lien at 33 days, and including fraudulent charges, he then hung up on me! -

Had a toilet backup. Plumber from Full Service came out and said he located a blockage about 16 feet in towards the main sewer line and two or three other breakages in our line for a total of 61 feet. Told us that the concrete slab in our master bedroom would have to be busted out, as wells a hole in our back yard, to get to the blockage (this would cost us $190.00 per foot or a total of $11,590.00! Cost to do water mitigation (?), etc was another $4,900.00! A total of $16,490.00! He wanted us to sign a contract to repair that very day, which we refused to do.
Called a friend of ours that handles these kinds of problems for a major property management company. She told us to call the plumber their company regularly uses. He came out the next morning and video taped the line from our toilet towards the street. He saw the blockage, at about 16 feet and said it was a tree root that had broken into the line. After grinding on it for some time he cleared the intruding root and checked the entire sewer line with his video camera clear out to the street. There were NO other breakages in the line ANYWHERE! He repaired the root breakage area with an epoxy liner and told us not to use toilet or anything in the bathroom for five days to allow the epoxy to completely set. Reset the toilet for us. Charged us $530.00.
The next fray Full Service plumbing called us and said that they would repair the line for $5.00 per foot ($305.00). A decrease of $11,285.00!
WOW. Why such a decrease? Did they I think we were born yesterday? I was then told by a contractor that restoration companies try to "scare" clients so that they will immediately sign to have their repairs and restoration done.
Is there a moral to this story? You bet there is. ALWAYS get a second and maybe even a third opinion. Check out your service company thoroughly! Get a quote before any work is done, and for the worst possible problems.

I had a root problem with the main drain so I had it repaired with trench less method. Originally, I had a contract for approximately 50 foot for $3200 cash upon half way into the service said need to charge more due needing to shot the trench less into the street $900 more. Upon completion of the I personally ask the person who they sub-contract to do the trenchless, he told me a total of 44 foot was install for trenchless. Any yet the full service person still wanted the collect on the addition $900 because contract was for approximately 50 feet but total was only 44 feet
They are ok to use for normal clog for $50. If any bigger problem DO NOT USE them.
