I hired Draintek Plumbing & Sewer Inc to install a drain pipe in the interior wall of my home and to bring my tankless water heater to code and permitted. Draintek Plumbing compromised the structural integrity of my home during the installation. Joe insisted it was structurally sound, but later accepted accountability of the issue and offered to fix it at his cost. The structural work was done properly because it had to be approved by a structural engineer, however, once that was completed Joe started to cut corners and hire unqualified handymen to complete the job. He was fully paid for a contract that has not been completed and was requesting more money to continue the work. I ultimately ended the contract and now have to pay out of pocket to fix the damage he caused to my home. I am now pursuing a bond insurance claim and CSLB claim to resolve the issue.
