    Do not hire them—they are unprofessional, and their focus is on cutting corners. They frequently change prices if you’re not paying attention. Your project may start with a reasonable price, but it will increase significantly over time. Considering the amount of money you pay, the quality of their work is highly questionable. They never inspect their workers’ performance, and they hire the same people for every phase of the project. Our pool, which is only two years old, is already falling apart. They use unknown equipment, likely leftover parts from other projects or refurbished materials. If you encounter a problem, they won’t show up to resolve it and will instead blame you for any issues. They never honor their warranties. For example, our deck started heaving just three months after installation, and they didn’t take any action. The skimmers don’t function properly, and the plaster looks awful. They also failed to close our permits. We contacted the city, but they won’t even respond to the city’s calls. Please, please hire a reputable contractor. This company will take your money, and once the project is done, you’ll be left to deal with the consequences on your own.
