It's hard for me to say right now because I'm having that exact issue investigated by another engineer. I don't think the wall is going to be sustainable. I have several contractors who say it's going to give way. I may go for legal recourse to see. I don't know how they handle. I sent them letters and they sent me the engineers stamped letter with the design. They keep calling me back for a review in about 3 months after I see how they handle this. If it's their fault, what would they do to make it right. This was a $50,000 project and I feel like it should be something they would fix.
