    Engineered Plans
    $6,000

    January 2023, ONE YEAR AGO, my hubsand and I hired Dan for a complete set of engineered plans to build our home. It is now the end of January 2024. We STILL do not have our paid for plans. He will not respond via text, email or phone for 8 months now. I want our money back, plus money for the inconvenience. We are contractors, and this is the WORST contractor weve EVER worked with!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    If we could give him less than a one star we would . Our renovation was a nightmare. It took him twice as long to finish than the date on the contract . He actually never finished the project. There was lack of supervision leading to quality being compromised and many items had to be redone .
