Luis was one of six roofers from whom I received bids for repairing my tar and gravel roof. He gave me his bid and outlined what he was proposing to bring my roof back to being sound. That included all of the parapets, skylights, vents, and canals! Plus there were a few areas on the flat roof which were raised and he slit and covered them with Tri-Ply Torch Down Granular Brown. That was also the material and process used along all the parapets.
The job we completed in two days, and it looks perfect. Luis worked to ensure that I was aware of every stage of the process, and even though I misunderstood a few things, he always tried to communicate with me. I am very satisfied with the workmanship and the quality of the products used. I would recommend him to others who need a good roofer, who is upfront, and works hard to please!
