It has been a nightmare. Lies, argumentative, stubborn, doesn’t listen or take direction. His workers are unskilled, don’t care, don’t measure or level anything. We do regret having him redo our kitchen. He hasn’t been heard from for a month. Have to hire someone to finish the job. We are 6 months into this project. Soddy workmanshipvand is too stubborn to fix it because he always knows better than anyone. Exposed nail and screws, a pocket door that is off the track. He should be embarrassed but instead he just abandons the job after he gets the bulk of payments. Just awful.

Had this company remodel a small house I bought for my son in 2001 when my daughter-in-law was expecting my first grandchild. At first he was very personable but as I started complaining about shoddy work...he cussed at me..told me I didn't pay him enough (even though I paid way above his quote) and literally told me to leave him alone. I recently sold said house to my son and oh boy!!! Plumbing, electrical, cabinets and more all had to be redone. Please be aware of this man.

Where to start. Dream Homes and in particular Mitchell Cizek do very poor work. I've had trades people return to my home after he renovated my kitchen and they found multiple instances of code violations. I'm beginning to doubt inspections were even done however I was charged for them.
We are preparing a lawsuit against Dream Homes and Mitchell Cizek for fraud.

Our experience has been awful! It started off good but then everything was delayed, workers stopped showing up and the resulting work was awful! Gaps in wood flooring and molding that he refused to fix. He also refused to pay a subcontractor and now we have a lien on our home. Funny how he disconnected her number?
