    Bathroom Remodel project

    this job was a small bathroom remodel and started out fine, i was pleased with the workmanship in the early stages, but the workers were consistently late, left the job to do another one leaving tools and materials in my living room over a holiday weekend. i let that go, but a tiled shower floor was totally botched, and a second attempt was only slightly better. Alex blamed his father, who actually stood in my house and said "it is what it is, I don't give a s**t". They attempted to finish job by installing the sink and toilet. the toilet actually rocked when you sat on it and the sink was not properly installed and leaked within weeks. i had to call in a REAL plumber to reinstall the fixtures and a tile man to reinstall the shower floor. They also left the window untrimmed and no saddle for threshold. Alex claimed that these were "not part of the job" What contractor does not trim out his work? the answer: Dream Homes
