We initially had a positive experience with DreamLine Roofing LLC PA169298 on a smaller project in 2023, which cost us less than $2000. However, our recent encounter with them during a highly expensive roof replacement project has left us profoundly disappointed.
In 2024, DreamLine Roofing LLC PA169298 was a complete disaster for our roof replacement project. Here’s why:
- We paid a hefty 40% deposit on February 9, 2024, expecting prompt updates. Instead, we were met with silence.
- After multiple follow-ups, we only got a response after February 21st. This level of unresponsiveness is utterly unprofessional.
- We had to wait three days after the work was finished and fully paid to receive pictures of the completed roof. This delay is unacceptable.
- The pictures revealed that the vent ridge, clearly specified in the invoice, was missing. This shows a blatant lack of attention to detail.
- Despite assurances, we never received the promised 40-year manufacturer warranty confirmation. Our repeated requests for proof of purchase were ignored.
- Even with three months of help from the Bucks County Department of Consumer Protection / Weights & Measures, we only managed to get the ridge vent installed. Neither the Bucks County Department of Consumer Protection / Weights & Measures office nor the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General could secure the manufacturer warranty or proof of purchase for the materials. This unresolved issue now carries a negative mark against DreamLine Roofing LLC PA169298 in both the Bucks County Department of Consumer Protection / Weights & Measures and the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General systems.
We paid a lot of money for the roof replacement. The work was done, but we don’t know what materials were used since we don’t have the proof of purchase. Therefore, we don’t know how long our new roof is good for. Our investment is not protected by a manufacturer warranty.
