Mr. Conger, has great communication on every aspect. Organized: I was given the project plans well in advance. I was asked to pay for half of the project so materials could be order. And to pay for the remainder at the end of the project of the fence. Other: I asked Mr. Conger for plans for other possible projects next spring. We just had a great experience with Dreamscapes getting a new retaining wall and patio. From the very beginning of the process, Ira got right back to us and kept good communication throughout the whole process. Once the project started, the Dreamscapes team were friendly and hardworking, and smoothly managed all hiccups that arose. I had a genera idea of what I wanted and picked out the main stone, but what Ira and team designed and built was even better than I had imagined. They had amazing attention to detail, and all of our neighbors were blown away by their work. With a new wall and patio, reset sprinklers, and a re-sodded lawn around the site, their pricing was more than fair. I would gladly use Dreamscapes again in the future and recommend them to friends and family.

Ira and his team are the real deal. We can not say enough good things about this company. They aren't just contractors, they are artists! Communication from Ira is exceptional; from getting a quote to project completion, he always let us know what was going on.
Their attention to detail is unmatched. The job site was left meticulously clean and organized after each days work. I didn't know contractors like this existed in Spokane.
If you want something done right, done timely, and done with an artists passion, hire these guys!

Never spoke to this person in my life, I run totally legit tie dye business where I also offer printed tie dyes at a lower cost due to high demand. Steer clear of this contractor for someone more professional!
