I worked with many contractors and Dreamworks Builders are one of the best I worked with. I had them to build a deck and they did excellent job, using a high quality materials at vey acceptable price. Thank you Dreamworks, my deck is beautiful.

I needed to remodel my bathroom and when I saw a new remodeled bathroom at my friends house, I asked him for a contact. He gave me contact from Dreamworks Builders and I decided to set up a meeting with them. They gave me estimate and very good solution so I decided to go with them. And it was a great decision, they did amazing job, first class quality materials at very competitive price. I love my new bathroom and I highly recommend Dreamworks Builders.

I hired Dreamworks builders to build a deck. Initially when I met with Mauricio Hauser he wasvery confident that he was able to render quality work. Shortly after the project started I realized he was full of hot air. Mr Hauser and his crew were very sloppy, and when we pointed out the imperfection and flat out sloppiness of his wok , he became very defensive and dismissive. He and his crew also placed Ipe wood siding for us. It was a disaster .We had to have him redo it several time which he did begrudgingly. Until this day the siding is not up to our standard and we will have to get another company finish it to our liking. They wouldn’t show up to work for weeks end. A work that was supposed to take 3 weeks as he stated initially, took them 3.5 months to complete. He also on multiple occasions attempt to change the quote of the job and generated new invoice for things that were included in our original contract.
In Summary, Mr Hauser is very unprofessional and the work that he and his crew performed is mediocre at best. On top of all that they do not clean after themselves.
I would not recommend them to my worst enemy!

I hired Dream Works Builders to completely remodel a bathroom and am so glad I did. They are honest and competent, as well as flexible. David provides supply receipts, communicates regularly and asks for partial payments as each stage of the project ends. He and his employees are also punctual and keep the workplace clean. I also appreciated their willingness to change course when I decided to go a different path with lighting after materials had been bought; their priority is customer satisfaction. David even drove 35 miles to another tile supply store because they had my chosen tile, and so we’d stay on schedule. And the workmanship is beautiful. When I remodel the next bathroom, I will gladly hire them again.

They are very responsive and came out the same day for estimate. Good communication via text, picture and video. I am impressed for their efficiency. Good job overall. Thank you!
