    We hired DREC to do a major home addition of 738 sq ft. The addition was to add 2 new rooms, expand the master bedroom and expand the lower story family room.
    The second story addition added a great deal of complexity due to reinforcing the foundation. We interviewed several different contractors and in different price ranges and felt most comfortable with DJ and his team. DJ had reasonable time lines, great ideas of how to improve the space and moved the project along very quickly. There were some minor delays due to rain (December 2021) and some emergencies that they jumped on and were able to remedy the situation quickly. DJ is very personable and easy to talk to. He was able to provide comfort to us with his knowledge of codes and getting through inspections. Overall, we were very pleased with the time it took to get the job completed and most importantly the quality of the workmanship. We would strongly recommend DREC and his team to anyone doing a major renovation.

    I am not an easy customer to please. My attention to detail comes from dealing with many less than stellar contractors in the past. I was amazed and surprised at how thorough DJ and his staff were.
