We used Drew Hartmann Plumbing on a couple of occasions to install a water heater for two of our residential properties. Both times we received an excellent product and the installation and service were FIVE STAR!
I had an emergency water heater issue and during the COVID 19 when so many people are unavailable, they were there for us in a flash. I highly recommend calling Drew Hartmann Plumbing.

September 2023 we hired Drew Hartmann Plumbing Inc to clear a clog in the sewer line and we paid $250. Two weeks later he was back because it was clogged again and we paid $175. He discovered that the pipes needed to be replaced. We paid $3,000 to have them replaced to the power pole (easement) Four months pater in January 2024 we had a clogged line again. Every time I called to report a clog he would make the accusation that someone flushed something that they shouldn’t have. Each time this was absolutely not the case, but he insisted and could not be convinced otherwise. He came out to the house on January 17, 2024 to clear the clogged line and we paid another $200. Again, insisting that we flushed wipes, and that I don’t know what happens when I’m not home because I don’t lock my bedroom door. I called JEA to scope the line, at his suggestion because it had to be an issue on the JEA side because he was 100% positive that his guys replaced the line to the pole (easement) even though the concrete patch in my driveway only goes to the shut off (4 feet from the easement) JEA scoped the line and found a broken coupling under the concrete pad in line with the shut off and showed my son in law where it is located. The camera can’t get past the break to see what is on the other side, but it is definitely on my side of the property line. I texted this information to Drew and received a follow up call to discuss the matter. He was very disrespectful and continued to insist that it isn’t on my side, his guys went all the way to the easement. He refused to scope the line himself, and told me that the clean out has a 1-year warranty and that if it happens again he will take care of it. I said that I would drop it if he would agree to scope the pipe if/when it backs up again to find where it is broken and he agreed.
Three weeks later it backed up again. I sent a text to ask for a clean out and an ETA for the camera so that I could arrange to be there. I received no response for two days by text and decided to call from my cell phone on Thursday Feb 8th. The phone would ring once and then complete silence. Thinking it might be my signal, afraid that he possibly blocked me after our last heated conversation, I called from my phone at work and reached him right away. He continued with a disrespectful tone and insisted again that someone flushed wipes. When I expressed a concern about not being able to shower, wash dishes or clothes, he said as long as the cover was off o the clean out to do all of those things and let it drain in the yard. I expressed my concern about flooding the yard and the driveway (the clean out is in front of my house between the house and the driveway) and I was told that he didn’t like my attitude and could find someone else to take care of it. My response was to apologize and let him know that I was frustrated because it had only been three weeks since we paid him to clear the last clog. He responded by telling me that when he finds another wipe in the drain that I will be paying him again, told me to text him the address and hung up. That was 10:45 Thursday, Feb 8th. It is now Saturday, Feb 10th and I still have sewage spilling out into my yard. I am now going to have to pay someone else to clear the line and finish the job that I paid him $3,000 to do last September.
