  Driveway Man knocked on my door and shared that he was in the neighborhood completing work on my street. He wanted to see if I was interested in a quote. My driveway was in a completely terrible state, house had recently been purchased and was being renovated. Henry provided a quote that was 1/3 of the price of what we were quoted by our contractor. In addition, he was still willing to negotiate the price with me when I shared that we just needed a functional driveway, not necessarily all the bells and whistles. He shared that they could start the work in 2 days and it will take them a day or two to complete. True to his word, he was here with his crew bright and early two days later and he completed the work on the same day. Driveway looks amazing, it is functional and looks like we paid much more for it. I would definitely recommend Driveway Man and will be giving him a call when I am ready to change the look of the driveway.

  I hired Henry to repave my driveway. He came out and gave me a good price. On the day of the install, I had a problem because he didn't want to haul away the flower bed that I was removing. He told me that he can remove the flowers and the brick and place them somewhere else on my property. I said no because that would be creating more work for me later. So he agreed to do it. When everything was done, it looked nice from a distance but I couldn't walk on it and it was getting dark so I did my final check the next morning. I did notice a few problems the next day but he agreed to take care of it. When it was time to pay. I gave him my credit card but he asked if I had cash. I said I never told you I was paying with cash. He asked if I could pay in cash so he could avoid paying the credit card fees. I told him that I will look into it tomorrow. The next day he texted me 3 times about the money. After everything was paid, a few days later, I noticed that he removed the bump that I had to keep the water from coming into my garage. He agreed to fix it but it wasn't done right. It looked horrible. I had to call him 2 times before he would call me back. I explained to him that it didn't look right and he told me that he was doing me a favor and that I was nitpicking. I told him that I am just looking to get the services that I paid for. He refused to come back out. Enclosing, I would not recommend his services to anyone. He appears to be nice but he's a wolf in sheep's clothing. Please BEWARE.

  What I was asking him to do was small and simple. It could have been done in an hour. He chose to displease a customer rather than to please a customer. Anyone that would tell you (customer) that you are being a nitpicker is a person you don't want to do business with. That's not good customer service at all. You be the judge.
