Neighbors had it done, so I received a quote from Nick and set the job up. They were a no show day 1, so asked for a second appointment and they never called back. When we called to cancel their service, Nick just said "OK". Avoid them if you can.

Had driveway repaired them 22 months ago. Had to have them back after several months to make repair. Now, just noticed dozens of small (1-2 inch) areas where the caulking has split. When I called, was told it is due to the shifting of the concrete and that it is outside warranty and would cost $500 minimum for them to come out. Buyer beware! This is a problem with the caulking material itself as it there is intermitend and not continuous failure.
Wish I had done more research.

I would never recommend this company to anyone. They are unresponsive and never stick to their promises. We started the process with an estimate in June. They began work on August (about what we expected), but after that it was nothing like we expected. Most times we did not know when they were going to arrive. The first day they ran out of supplies and had to leave, they ran out of gas and had to leave again. Then something broke on the machine and they left. Said they would be back the next day. Never showed up. When we called at 2 in the afternoon, we received a rather snarky "well it is only 2. There is still time" and they still did not show up. We called at 5PM, we called the next two days and no one answered and no one called us back. They eventually showed up to complete the job and said that was the best they could do. The second crew arrived to seal the driveway, we were told they could not because the job looked like crap and was unlevel. We called the office - no answer. The worker called his boss and was told there was nothing they could do so they let. When the company finally contacted us to see why the order was still open, we had to tell THEM what they had not done. They sent out the sales man and the crew leader (after delaying the visit a day again) and offered a solution. They would grind the unlevel pieces down to make it level and that the supervisor would personally see to it. Not true. They sent some other workers to do the job and it looks like crap. The pads are still unlevel. When they were originally working on the driveway they cut the rebar between some of the slab and those slabs are now separating. TDC 'gave us a deal' and did not charge us for the extra buckets of mud they had to use, which was a nice gesture, but having to pay $3700+ for something that did not meet the bill of good they sold us is not nice. We paid because we wanted to be rid of them, but I will definitely steer people away from this company.
