Our AC went out and our landlord contacted Drum. Richard came out to help. He said he had 20+ years of experience, and it showed! He was able to diagnose and fix the multiple issues we had in a matter of minutes. Covered up some exposed wiring, topped off coolant and gas, and gave us a new thermostat, all while being a great conversationalist. Our AC hasn’t felt better in the year we’ve lived here!
