Dry Zone Inc. is not honest trustworthy business. Their word will not hold water. They are liars and thieves. They took advantage of a disabled veteran and family who hired them to repair a shower. They took the insurance money and they did not do the work. They took up my wooden floors and placed laminated materials down and refused to take it up. They took advantage of my situation and swindled my home insurance out of thousands of dollars for work that they were contracted to do but did not do. AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!!

Wish I could give them zero stars. This project was started on 3/2/2018 and
completed on 5/8/2018. We were lied to and were promised things that never happened. They kept a lot of the insurance money that should have been spent on this project, but corners were cut all the time. The owner wrote on my walls in black marker that took 4 coats of paint to cover up. They took one of my hand towels and got putty all over it so it's ruined, they broke a ceramic tile in our bathroom (this was not being replaced) and chipped our giant mirror in our bathroom putting it back up as well. They never cleaned up after job completion and the workers would spit sunflower seeds all over our home. Sometimes the workers would take a hour lunch after being here for a short while. Was promised all new trim (which was covered in the insurance check, but they mixed and matched the old trim with some other trim they had laying around. Since they don't work weekends this project took almost 40 days to complete (not to my satisfaction), but I was just glad they were gone out of my home for good. If I could have found reviews of this company and its sister company Expo Floors Inc. beforehand I would never have hired them. They rarely returned phone calls or text messages (which I have saved all of them) and would just ignore me. My frustration level reached maximum a few times with them. If you do decide God forbid to hire them, I would recommend you don't sign their contract unless you put in it a job completion date, all insurance checks are made payable to you and that they don't receive the check until the job is complete. I wish there was some recourse for all of us that were conned, but there is none.
