  I was very pleased with the services of DryMaster. My basement was starting to flood from the walls. DryMaster came out and were fast and efficient.   When they showed up to our home I was very impressed as they greated us. As for the water proofing the crew was very caring as to the things that I had in the basement. I already had things covered but they went the extra mile and recovered everything. After the work was complete the crew cleaned everything just as I had it before the work was started. I am very pleased with the work. Thanks guys very HAPPY!!!!!! Keep up the good work..... I was very happy with the DryMaster.

  DryMaster Waterproofing were on time, on budget and provided superior workmanship. Their fee was very competitive - in fact I was able to add insulating the exterior of the basement as well, which will save me money in the long run! Everything was left incredibly tidy and clean after they were finished. They were very patient in answering all my questions. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. I am happily looking forward to a dry and warm basement from now on.

  Much to my surprise, I experienced flooding in my basement this March 2012 after the winter snow and ice had melted and again after every subsequent rainfall. Water was rushing into the front corner of my house and under the front porch. My basement tenant had just moved in weeks prior and woke up out of bed one morning to find his bedroom carpet soaking wet. I didn't waste any time and called about 8 different waterproofing companies here on West Berlin. Out of the 8, DryMaster stood out as being the most pleasant, friendly, honest and trustworthy company to deal with . When an employee arrived to give me a quote he took his time telling me exactly how the waterproofing was going to be done, what was needed, along with various options. His quote was very reasonable so I gave him the job. He was very busy at the time but squeezed my waterproofing into his hectic schedule to help me out a little sooner which I really appreciated. The job was done within 2 days and they worked very hard digging a tunnel under my entrance porch working their way through rock, hard soil and cutting through tough roots from the tree in front of my house to get clear access to the entire front wall right down to the footing removing all the dirt and debris along the way. I made an effort to watch their work every step of the way and was very impressed with the quality of work they provided. By the end of the job I was pleased with the workmanship and the finished product. It's been almost 4 months now and after many hard rains no sign of leaking in my basement and he offers a 25 year warranty. I'm very pleased with his work and would recommend DryMaster Waterproofing to anyone including my own mother!! If you need waterproofing done right and at a reasonable price do yourself and your house a favor and call DryMaster!

  DryMaster did a great job on 95' of my external foundation. The depth of the dig was 14' at some points (around a walkout basement) and because of the positioning of the house they had to dig by hand. You guys worked really hard over the five weeks and I highly recommend you guys to anyone with a waterproofing needs. Keep it up!
