If you don't mind paint on your hardwood floor, on your blinds, counters; if you don't mind paint brushes being cleaned in your kitchen sink and on your front lawn leaving paint spattered on lawn and plants; if you don't mind apprentices washing up in your bathroom sink using your personal washcloth and towel; if you don't mind having to ask what time to expect workers the next day and having them come later then hire this contractor. The work was satisfactory, but the occurrences listed greatly retracted from giving a higher rating.
Worked very slowly, very poor communication. They also billed for extra hours (25 extra over a 1 week period), double billed for hours already bid, billed for 2 people when only 1 was on the job. Would not communicate when confronted with the problem, when Bruce was made aware of my concerns he cashed the check and never looked back. I filed a complaint with the BBB of Utah, buyer beware. Shady contractor who deliberately took longer to do work, took 4 days to finish 3 outside doors. For reference, 1 week worth of "work" was $3300, he took the money and never came back. Luckily we had a bank that stood behind us when he cashed a check that had a stop payment on it. Don't even bother with a estimate, you will regret it.
