Working there I noticed they had only a handful of employees. Maybe 2 steel framers that can frame also drywallers we're a few . Working a few days I knew they needed journey men steel framers . coworkers were unexperienced. Also company did not supply me where the material for job . I asked and it took 3 days to supply us with screws .also they would supply my with minimal shots for pop gun . I had to use my screws and pop gun shoots and nails . Company does not have supervisors nor do they talk to employees . They come and watch for a few minutes and leave . I worked with 2 employees and they had minimal knowledge. I basically built store by my self because coworkers were slow and or refused to work I spoke to Joe he gave me other steel framer who was slow and I had to work alone to keep my speed . I was scolded by owner for not working with my partner. I spoke to him about his speed . Following day I was placed w 1st coworker again who refused to work with me . With threats I would loose my job if I didn't work with my partner. My partner again refused to work with me .. I worked alone . And job was complete but lacked material . Next day no 1 was at job . Owners lack communication.. and lack experienced workers . I would never hire a company like this to buy old anything for me Antonio speaks non sense when he tries to explain his reason . I was fired for trying to make my point on team work and employees who refused to work . He said he fired me for not calling him to find next job site . I am Lyle Ogletree prodigy from liberty steel framing. They are worth hiring . Liberty steel framing has great employees with experience.
