Installed 40x60 pole barn on my site in Arkansas. Material was as expected but the workmanship was substandard. Workers are all independent contractors and on my crew none understood English. Consequently the building had an incorrect door height requiring me to raise floor at reasonable expense. Additionally one door opening was framed out of square and required local craftsman to repair.
Mr. Tincher is NEVER available by phone and since my complaint has avoided any return calls. His promise of compensation for his failure has never been fulfilled. My notion is to avoid and use someone else.
