My experience was a nightmare. I hired them for an HVAC installation and they put in the wrong system. Then argued with me and my wife that the problem was our high velocity duct work/vents... but they know the entire time that they hadn’t installed a high velocity air handler which is what was needed. This start on June 4th or so and my unit has not be completely fix by Jed or Jim... I last sent a text on August 20th and deataling with pictures that my unit was still freezing up and still today no return call.
