This company does not stand by their workmanship. I had a drip irrigation system installed, and from the get-go, there were issues - I even have documented proof of improper installation. For the past four months, I have been trying to get hold of the owner or the owner's son and they will not return emails or phone calls. Terrible after-service customer support. Will never recommend this company!

We had DuWest Foundation repair back in 2013. They put pilings around the exterior of our home. After a while we noticed the floor dropping about an inch around the quarter round on the floor. We called them back and they said it was the trees. After using another foundation company to do tunneling we found that about 8 of the sewer drains were broken and the sewer water was under the house causing it to drop in the middle. Apparently they did not do a hydrostatic test on the sewer lines after lifting the exterior of the house. Beware of using this company. I would give them no stars if I could

Du West has given me very good service and do good work. They will upsell as needed. They honor their warranties too. I would recommend them. Also, I have no opinion on pricing. They are not the cheapest but the are established that is better that a fly by night company.

Good experience initially, totally screwed up at end. Had 2 new water heaters installed. Took over 6 1/2 hours. Was told would have hot water in 1 hour. Had other errands to do. When turned on water at about 6:00pm, 2 1/2 hours after they finished, no hot water. Tried to call and got answering machine with no after hours number. Called a friend, a heating and air repairman. Came over and found they hadn't connected the disconnects. Friend could tell immediately that they were working by listening. Why couldn't plumbers. Tracked dirt in hallway and for some reason used a bathtub and left it dirty. Called company next morning. after relating my complaint, was repeatedly told if I would have called he would have come out and taken care of problem. Implied I was lying to him because phone rolls over to Houston where they have someone answering phone. My wife had called Houston number (was on business card) the evening of installation while I was calling friend. She also got recording. If plumbers do not know how to reconnect disconnects they are incompetent. Pete needs to consider that system for emergencies might have failed instead of repeatedly telling customer he should have called while being told every time a call was made. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.
